Last week, 6C and 6L had a fantastic outdoor learning experience at Ghyll Head Outdoor Activity Centre. All the children participated in activities that were full of excitement and fun. They canoed across Lake Windermere, scrambled up Stickle Ghyll (which involved climbing over rocks and wading through waterfalls), climbed up mountains, completed rope courses and zoomed down the famous ‘Zip Wire.’ All the children were highly praised by the experienced Ghyll Head instructors in terms of their enthusiasm, endeavour and behaviour. It was a superb week enjoyed by all children and staff. Thank you.
