Happy curriculum

There is such a thing as Professors of Happiness, who spend their lives studying what makes people happy

At Lily Lane we follow the happy curriculum!

The 6 things are:

1. Being healthy and active sleep more, eat healthy food, go to bed early and exercise regularly

2. Being outdoors (especially in green spaces) – it only takes 15 minutes to make a difference

3. Noticing difference – Isobel, from ‘The Invisible’, always notices beautiful things

4. Having friends 3 is enough (including family)

5. Being a lifelong learner – reading is the key! (People who read more live longer!)

6. Giving – charity, kindness and giving your time to others
